Our Candidate Evaluation Process

If you are selected as a potential candidate for a role, you will initially be contacted by one of our experienced Client Managers. They will discuss the suitability of a contract before they agree to send your resume to a client.  Our Client Manager treat all professionals equally and fairly.

A client interview for a job will only be arranged if we’re sure your skills and aspirations are matched to the needs of the client. Because of our industry leading client guarantees, we will only place you in suitable roles that you really want.

The full evaluation process includes:

    • CV Assessment
    • Phone Screen
    • Face-to-face Structured Interview (Behavioural Event Interview)
    • Job Knowledge Tests to test any specific knowledge requirements for a role
    • Psychometric Tests – cognitive ability tests and personality / motivation questionnaire
    • Reference Checks
    • Probity
