Test Lead – ServiceNow
- Global System/ Functional Testing project
- Experience with ServiceNow highly regarded
- Previous Telco experience desired!
Seeking a Test Lead to immediately start on a System/ Functional Testing project. This role will be supporting a Global Program to implement ServiceNow, so if you can bring testing experience across an ITSM tool you will be moved to the top of the queue.
- Telecommunications industry experience
- Knowledge of ServiceNow tool
- Defining Test Plans (UAT, System/Functional Testing, etc.)
- Participate in client workshops
- Managing, tracking and reporting of all test activities in all test phases and cycles
- Ensure timely delivery of different testing milestones
- Set standards, such as, reporting, metrics, test scripts and test execution
- Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents/ artefacts is documented, maintained and adheres to standards
- Check/ Quality Review the Test Cases documents.
- Manage requirement changes and traceability
- Manage availability of test environments
- Liaise with Client, Project and Programme management
- Experience with web based collaborative test management tools (e.g. JIRA /StartNow)
