Speech Pathologist /Senior Speech Pathologist

  • Permanent /Part – time Opportunities
  • Melbourne /Brisbane
  • Salary Ranges from $75,000 Incl Super to $100,000 Incl Super
  • NDIS is essential

Role Specific:

  • Maintain a functioning knowledge and understanding of the various funding streams such as NDIS, Home Care Packages and SWEP.
  • Addressing unique challenges experienced by clients.
  • Liaise and maintain good communication with patients, particularly with respect to jointly setting goals in the development of treatment strategies and ensuring informed consent.
  • Efficiently and effectively conduct comprehensive Speech Pathology assessments and interventions for a diverse range of clients.
  • Provide services in a range of locations including community and telehealth settings.
  • Deliver group therapy programs where appropriate.
  • Develop home programs to complement and support direct therapy.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Degree in Speech Pathology current Speech Pathology Australia Membership.
  • Minimum six months clinical experience preferred
  • WWCC/police check/indemnity insurance.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and Cliniko software
  • Experience in community/aged care/paediatric arenas.
