SHAREPOINT CONSULTANT – SENIOR / ARCHITECT

  • Architecture & Engineering all SharePoint Versions including SharePoint online.
  • Microsoft Azure cloud exp is a must.

SENIOR SHAREPOINT CONSULTANT (ARCHITECT)
Large Financial Organization in Melbourne, CBD
Permanent role with salary is $130k – $135k incl. of super and excl. of 10% bonus

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Experience in architecting and engineering all SharePoint Versions including SharePoint online
  • Microsoft Azure cloud exp is a must
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as SharePoint architect.
  • Meet with Customers/Internal stakeholders and advise solutions.

REQUIRED:

  • Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management, ideally in a large corporate environment.
  • Experience with large Enterprise SharePoint 2010/2013/Online deployments.
  • Two plus years’ experience in:
  • Practical knowledge on architecting and engineering all SP versions including office 365 solutions: SharePoint online, exchange online, OneDrive for business
  • Microsoft Azure (preferred)
  • DirSync, Azure AD Sync or Azure AD Connect.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Territory qualified in information technology/Science.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) – SharePoint or similar is preferred.

CORE SKILLS & CAPABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of programming languages that support the .Net framework and the SharePoint on premise and cloud platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows)
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication and technical consulting experience
  • Passion for learning and continual improvement
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and solve problems proactively
  • Secondary specialist skills in Office 365 or Power BI will be an advantage
