Job Description:

  • Level 2 application support for ServiceNow
  • Perform ServiceNow health checks
  • Review Ticket Queue in ServiceNow, Initial Analysis of Incidents, Troubleshooting incidents/issues until ticket closure and Root Cause Analysis as appropriate
  • Ensure ServiceNow application is up and running the way it should
  • Configuration and implementation of new features and services within ServiceNow
  • Follow change management process to deploy update sets and release ServiceNow capabilities and integration with other systems for future potential enhancements
  • Good understanding of the ITSM/ITIL processes in incident management, change management and problem management
  • ServiceNow (SN) administration and advanced system administration training
