- Level 2 application support for ServiceNow
- Perform ServiceNow health checks
- Review Ticket Queue in ServiceNow, Initial Analysis of Incidents, Troubleshooting incidents/issues until ticket closure and Root Cause Analysis as appropriate
- Ensure ServiceNow application is up and running the way it should
- Configuration and implementation of new features and services within ServiceNow
- Follow change management process to deploy update sets and release ServiceNow capabilities and integration with other systems for future potential enhancements
- Good understanding of the ITSM/ITIL processes in incident management, change management and problem management
- ServiceNow (SN) administration and advanced system administration training
