Service Desk Consultant

Adaps has been scouted to source Service Desk Consultant for a Large Insurance Client @ Melbourne CBD

What you will do :

Mandatory :

  • Solid customer service, able to keep them happy
  • Able to interact well with users even when under pressure
  • MS Windows 7 (min 2 yrs) and 10 (min 1 yr) experience
  • Printer support exp mandatory (Fuji Xerox preferred)
  • MS Office support and application troubleshooting (Office 2013 and 2016)

Preferred:

  • Service Now toolset
  • Mobile device management and Mobile telephone support
  • Active Directory account management
  • Skype for business experience and support
