The Service Architect – Banker Digital is responsible for the technology direction for Digital applications for Banker/Frontline Experience with core capabilities e.g., Teller/Branch Services, Contact Centres, Payment Services, Customer Servicing, onboarding etc
We are seeking a senior architect to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment to provide target architecture, roadmap development and design collaboration and governance within our digital domain. A solid understanding of enterprise digital services within a complex organisation, as well as experience in cloud, technologies and architectures will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities / Activities:
In this role, you’ll support the Enterprise to develop, communicate and execute an architecture that supports simplicity and agility across the Enterprise. You’ll work with sponsors and agile delivery teams and build relationships with stakeholders from all areas of the business.
Making sure our technology stakeholders understand key architectural implications for applications, information, infrastructure and security will be an important part of the job as well. Some of these stakeholders include (but are not limited to), Heads of Architecture, General Managers, Product Owners and Heads of Technology.
Skills / Experience:
We are seeking an experienced Architect to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment to provide architecture and roadmap development, with specific focus on developing sustainable solutions to meet our organisation goals. Experience with any Cloud will be a significant benefit. We are ideally looking for someone with a background in end-to-end architecture. You will have solid understand of banking industry and digital channels.
You need to provide strategic advice, conduct successful consultations and deliver projects across different areas of the business – so strong communication and negotiation skills are extremely important.
Our technology departments are agile, fast-paced, which means you’ll need to be able to think on your feet and adapt quickly.
