Describe 3 experiences that the candidates, must have in their past employment history:

  • 10+ years of relevant software development, solution architecture and/or quality engineering experience, test delivery experience in multiple environments.
  • 10+ years delivery management experience with evidence of strong business acumen and leading delivery of $10m+ change p.a.
  • People leadership experience of large teams – Excellent leadership and organisational skills to simultaneously direct, inspire coach, and lead multiple Quality teams in a dynamically changing environment.
  • Strong technical experience/acumen (associated to or direct delivery experience).
  • Evidence of strong commercial acumen and experience in managing third party suppliers in negotiation, establishment and management of contracts, and to outcomes.

Any Tertiary and other professional qualifications required:

  • Software/Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Programming or related tertiary qualification is advantageous.


  • Resilience and versatility in dealing with varying levels of organisational maturity.
  • Track record and ability in delivery and delivering quality outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships with the ability to influence key decision making.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Teamwork, collaboration & communication.
  • Solid judgment, reasoning and decision-making abilities.


  • Experience in Strategic development and implementation of quality engineering solutions.
  • Experience in Software Engineering.
  • Experience in Quality Engineering tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD, TDD, BDD
  • Experience in Agile Methods.
