Project Support Officer

Adaps has been scouted to source Project Support Officer for a Large Goverment Orgnisation @ Melbouorne.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Solid MS Office skills (includes MS Project) with the ability to work with limited supervision
  • Effective written communication skills

Mandatory Criteria

  • Demonstrated solid MS Office skills (includes MS Project) with the ability to work with limited supervision

Weighted Criteria

  • Demonstrated solid MS Office skills (includes MS Project) with the ability to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively and adapt communication style appropriate to the audience
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in the context of competing priorities

Key Tasks/Duties:

  • Maintain financial status (reflect actuals against plan in the tracking XLS; amend the people plan based on direction from RTE and PM; liaise with Finance Manager to ensure cost forecasts reflect latest actuals and people plan changes)
  • Support / maintain the RTE and PM in managing Risk / Issue / Dependency and Change registers
  • Support / maintain the RTE in maintaining the OACD Schedule (MS Project)
  • Support / maintain the RTE in drafting weekly and monthly status reporting and other reports, papers and executive briefs as required
  • Create the inputs to each PI Planning workshop
  • Assist with new staff induction (time-sheet process compliance, mentoring/training in to build knowledge and capability)
  • Represent the team or work areas at meetings and forums
  • Support / maintain stakeholder relationships to assist with delivery of project outcomes and objectives

Note : Australian Citizens with Baseline Clearance is mandatory.
