Program / Project Overview
The Body-Worn Video (BWV) Project involves the rollout of cameras and BWV software to Client’s Officers. The MobiPol Project involves the rollout of mobile devices and a suite of complementary apps. Both projects involve the rollout of devices for in-field use, that supplement day to day operational duties whilst enabling mobility.

Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Change Manager with a minimum 5 years’ experience in business change management and ICT Transformation activities supporting the transition to new/updated operations as a result of IT-enabled initiatives in large organisations;
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to quickly earn the trust of team members and key stakeholders (internally and externally); mobilise and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; and execute with limited information and ambiguity;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision (orally, written and presentational) with proven facilitation, influencing, negotiation and strong analytical, problem solving skills and business acumen;
  • Formal training and/or experience implementing / applying a recognized Change Management Methodology such as Prosci ADKAR and demonstrated understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecyle (SDLC) and the ICT impact on change deliverables;
  • Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager to design, develop and execute change management strategies and plans including contemporary solutions to support program deliverables and identified benefit realisation milestones and outcomes;
  • Demonstrated ability to create a change reporting framework for the program to enable the collation of data and metric to measure and report on the success of all approved change deliverables;
  • Demonstrated experience utilising the principles of adult learning to develop, create and deploy large scale training and communication programs;
  • Demonstrated ability to write user-friendly material for a variety of audiences and media, including concise internal e-mail, newsletter articles, surveys and training materials, Intranet content, scripts for telephone messages;
