Role:
Experienced Program Manager to lead and manage the transformation of the mobile asset management function (mechanical, hydraulic and automotive) for a portfolio or ~3500 assets through the execution phase, providing leadership to teams delivering projects. This transformation program and involves management of project resources, partners and stakeholders to execute the program.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of the program, consisting of asset management process, construction, recruitment, system and technology workstreams, within an MSP framework
- Manage business, project and business partner teams to ensure program business objectives are achieved on time and within budget
- Reporting to program management and key stakeholders on performance, risk and resource consumption
- Establish and leverage relationships Business Change Manager and stakeholders to ensure that change functions are managed and successful
- Maintain activity and interdependency control, conformance and management functions in order to ensure delivery of the program benefits
Skills/Qualifications
- Proven experience and competency as a practitioner of asset management (to a level of ISO55000 maturity), reliability management and maintenance management
- Previous experience in the management of a portfolio of industrial mobile assets (mechanical, hydraulic and automotive) in a regulated (statutory) setting
- Proven capability implementing radical change in the field of physical asset management
- Experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) endeavours
- Exemplary and proven stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Financial responsibility for portfolios of at least $5M (OPEX and CAPEX)
Desirable:
- MSP Certified
- Qualifications or certification in asset management, mechanical, chemical or process engineering
- Formal qualifications or certifications in risk management processes and disciplines
- Experience with road going industrial plant maintenance and operational management
- Proven experience across the program lifecycle, including front end engineering design, planning, operational readiness, execution and sustainability support
- Experience leading geographically diverse teams
