Business Analyst – HR

Adaps has been scouted to source Business Analyst for HR Project for one of our Large Government Organisation client at ACT
Job Description:

  • Develop, analyse and document business process and requirements, identify gaps and opportunities including development of process definition, modelling, data mapping, traceability matrix’s, and other products as required;
  • Actively engage relevant stakeholders to ensure the business requirements are accurately captured, agreed, implemented and that stakeholders are fully informed and engaged;
  • Communicate with the project team, vendor, business and technical SME’s to define the needs based on an understanding of business, information and technical constraints;
  • Identify risks, issues and escalate to the Project Manager for review;
  • Assist in data migration, procurement, change management and transition out activities
