As an Adaps contractor, we want to help you get the most out of your pay and maximise your earnings.  Adaps contractors work hard for their money. This is why the Adaps Contractor benefits package was designed exclusively to help maximise your savings.  Below are some of the resources available to you in addition to the Adaps Club.

Salary Packaging

We offer salary packaging on laptops, mobile phones and PDAs to our PAYG contractors. Provided that you use these IT tools for work, they are reimbursed to you tax free!

Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance

Whilst contracting with Adaps, you will be covered for up to $10 million Professional Indemnity and $20 million Public Liability insurance. We also insure our PAYG contractors for Workers Compensation, withhold tax and super, and remit them to the appropriate parties for you free of charge.

 NB: If you are operating through your own company, you will require your own Workers Compensation Policy.

Overseas Candidates

The high demand for some IT skills has virtually depleted the market of candidates in many areas. To help address this issue we can look to assist overseas candidates in filling these positions (subject to valid visa approvals).

We also offer the Living Away From Home Allowance to qualified PAYG contractors. This allowance is designed to compensate you for the additional living costs incurred as a result of having to live away from home to work.
