THE IT CONTRACTING SERVICES PRICE MODEL THAT CAN SAVE YOU THOUSANDS!
Adaps looked at exorbitant client fees in the industry and choose to build its business on a new fee model that was directly aligned to the work that it performed. This is why adaps uses the following simple fee structures:
Permanents: Clients pay a flat fee of 15% of the permanents gross annual salary
Contractors: Clients can choose between two options:
- 15% of the daily rate for the first twelve months then reduces to $34 per day. OR
- 7% of the gross annual salary paid on contract commencement plus an ongoing $34 per day admin fee for the length of the contract.
Please note that rates are negotiable - dependant on volume.
This $34 per day fee is essentially an admin fee. It covers the cost of payments, invoicing, insurance and ongoing management. Because this fee is independent of the contractor rate, this fee model does not penalise you for hiring high rate IT Professionals.

In the following examples assume a competitor uses a mark up of 18%.
