You will provide test leadership and strategic direction to drive innovation and improvement in the quality of delivered solutions.
Experience / Skills required:
- 3-5 years experience as Test Director or Head of Testing position or Program Test Manager level (Must have!)
- Experience in Project / Program planning & Enterprise Test Delivery and Governance (Must have!)
- Experience in development and maintenance of resource and work plans. Monitoring project plans to reflect project progress, change and issues resolutions.
- Experience in communication to external stakeholders (including review committees) to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and issues and to measure and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in leading multiple programs / project teams
- Experience or Conceptual knowledge of large-scale software development
- Experience in making sound decisions under stress (to resolve project roadblocks and issues).
- Liaise with Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and the Technical Testing team to develop, implement and deliver Program and Project Test Strategies.
- Experience leading testing programs in payments or Digital sector will be highly regarded!
