Service Desk

You will be the first point of contact for any IT related issues and requests across 10,0000 end users. A successful candidates will be joining an established team of Level 1 Service Analyst. This initially a 6 month contract will a definite possibility for extension.

Role

  • Provide Level 1 support within a supportive and empathetic environment
  • Monitor queues to ensure SLA’s are achieved and contractual arrangements are satisfied
  • Be willing to work as part of an “on call” arrangement out of business hour – this many only occur once a month
  • Actively attend debriefing of escalated calls

Requirements

  • IT related qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience essential
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Passion to deliver quality service
  • Active Directory experience desirable
  • Exposure to Windows XP, 7 and 8
  • Australian experience essential
