Service Desk Analyst

We currently have a contract opportunity for an ambitious Service Desk Analyst who is keen to further build on their experience while working with the latest Microsoft technologies and also be the internal expert of the Knowledge base for a Large Services company in Melbourne CBD.

This is an exciting environment that will further build on your existing experience and provide you with the challenges that will ensure you continually grow in your career.

You will be a part of a Servicedesk/ Helpdesk team dealing with level 1, 2, 3 issues.

Your previous experience will include:

  • Experience supporting Windows XP and Windows 7
  • Experience supporting Office 2010
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Solid understanding of PC hardware and software products, including PC build and install process
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Good organisational skills with a proven ability to follow up outstanding items
  • Experience working in a team
  • ITIL experience would be an advantage
