Service Desk Analyst – Level 1 – Immediate Start

Our client is currently sourcing for a Service Desk Analyst with:

  • Strong knowledge on active directory (creating groups,pemissions,users etc)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including excellent telephone manner, ability to document processes and the ability to translate technical information to non-technical colleagues
  • Basic product and technical knowledge on Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Computer hardware such as PCs, laptops, monitors, copiers and other
  • networked devices.Also mobile devices such as tablets and mobile/smart phones
  • ITIL Certification is highly desirable.
