Are you all about providing fabulous customer service within helpdesk/ servicedesk environments? Do you want to work for a well known & respected brand in Melbourne CBD. Then look no further!

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for any IT related issues and requests across 3,000 end users. This is a 10 week contract with a possibility for extension or permanency.

Role

  • Provide Level 1, 2 support within a supportive and empathetic environment
  • Monitor queues to ensure SLA’s are achieved and contractual arrangements are satisfied
  • Aim to provide a first call resolution to every issue
  • Actively attend debriefing of escalated calls

Requirements

  • IT related qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience essential
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Passion to deliver quality service
  • Active Directory experience desirable
  • Exposure to Windows XP, 7 and 8
  • Australian local work experience essential
  • You must be available for an immediate start
