Senior Business Analyst – payments, process improvement

The successful candidate must have experience of the following:

* 5 – 7 years of experience within a project environment – process modelling, data modelling, data analysis, non-functional requirements analysis, prototyping, risk analysis and use cases.
* High level knowledge of MS Excel, word and visio.
* Ability to meet deadlines whilst consistently maintaining very high levels of accuracy.
* Self- motivated, enthusiastic and committed team player.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Strong stakeholder management experience.
* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and prioritise workload.

Knowledge and experience in invoicing and payment processes, continuous improvement within the insurance sector highly regarded.
