Sales and Customer Support Officer

Entry level full time sales position to assist in day to day sales and administration activities. This is a permanent position based in Mulgrave VIC paying $40000.00 (inc) super.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing orders placed online
  • Packing and shipping orders
  • Filling paperwork, reporting and record keeping
  • Liaising with Vendors via email and phone for customer activations
  • Testing of equipment before shipping to ensure they are operational
  • Troubleshooting customer activation / usage faults
  • Handling Billing enquiries.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word / Excel
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Be able to multi task
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Willingness to learn about satellite phones and technology
  • Must have own car and valid driving license
  • Degree in IT or related principle
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia
  • Availability to start with short notice.
