Essential Skills:

  • Strong Leadership skills, good communication and organisation skills
  • Co-ordinate team and incident resolution/management.
  • Work closely with onsite team and able to initiate improvement
  • Manage inbound or outbound workloads
  • Ensure that all individuals in the team and the team itself consistently meet /exceed targets and performance measures
  • excellent stakeholder management skills
  • improve and maintain quality and accuracy
  • deal with customer/internal escalation quickly and efficiently
  • coach, motivate and review individual’s and team’s performance in order to meet targets
  • end to end knowledge on problem management, change management, incident management framework
  • well versed with Remedy tools for ITIL processes
  • well versed with R12.1.3
  • build close working relationships with Team Members and customer
  • Experience of managing people
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work under their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 8 or more years of leadership experience including project/program management experience
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex, full-lifecycle enterprise Oracle ERP software
  • Telecom industry expertise across one or more process domains ideally in Operations
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak to technical-level staff all the way up to summarizing communications for executive consumption
  • Self-motivated and a problem solver
  • Technical knowledge about the Infrastructure and backend systems

Preferred qualifications

  • ITIL V3 certified
  • PMP certified

Technical Experience

  • Strong knowledge on R12.1.3
  • Strong knowledge on integrating R12 with external systems within telecom domain
