One of our large banking clients is currently looking for Lead – Incident Managers to fill their multiple positions.

You will drive coordination and rapid recovery of complex service impacting incidents and oversee execution of important process governance duties. Driving team members to develop service improvements will be a key part of the role.

Skills:

  • Strong experience as a Lead in Incident Management
  • Responsible for the operational performance of a shift team including the successful and efficient execution of the major incident management processes
  • Proven experience working in a large IT organisation / environment.
  • Experience working in a 24/7 shift environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information.
  • Ability to pick up technical concepts across a broad range of technologies.
  • Strong customer focus.
