Customer Support Representative

Role: Customer Service/Support Representative
Duration: Fixed term 6-month Contract to start with the view to convert perm
Location: Essendon Fields, VIC
Team: 8
Free Gym membership to someone who will clear first 3 months
Small to Medium size business, creative team, good culture etc.,
Roster shift – 8am to 9pm (Either be given early morning or afternoon shift – No work after 9pm – Only do 40 hours a week, not more than that)

Mandarin Chinese language will be a huge plus

Responsibilities and Authorities:

  • Role is to setup modems, accounts creation, first level phone support
  • Work with telco call centre in the past life will be a plus
  • Ticketing system knowledge is a plus – they use manage engine
  • good comms and first level support exp
  • once in 4 weeks might have to work on weekend sat-sun
