Our Tier 1 Banking Client has engaged Adaps to source an exceptional Digital Content Editor to join their highly skilled team of four reporting to the Content Manager!

About You:

You will be switched on. Your high level of professional communication will ensure you are easily able to manage a large variety of stakeholders. This will be necessary in order to gain stakeholder approval for proposed changes, including documentation of requirements, tracking document changes & approval of requirements.

The objective of this project is to engage a team of people to manage, prioritise & complete all changes requested by the business as part of their Business as Usual site management. You will maintain compliance adherence, support marketing campaigns & maintain regular product updates through managing & executing business requests.

Required Skills & Scope of Services:

  • 3-5 years + experience
  • Strong digital background essential
  • Understanding of the publishing life cycle
  • Triage & scope changes, working with business to communicate timelines & inputs required to deliver
  • Use the content management system to author or approve updates, or with Online Maintenance where changes cannot be made directly with the CMS
  • Basic Content Updates, PDF’s, Vanity URLs & URL redirects
  • Web analytics code, create/change domain or subdomain
  • Campaign updates, offer changes and new pages
