3.      Database Capabilities

Adaps uses a cloud-based recruitment application called Bullhorn. It integrates emails and a calendaring system with candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, customer relationship management and job management.

 

With this integrated system, everyone on our team has complete and actionable visibility into every step of the staffing and recruiting process, from generating job orders to placements. Our recruitment professionals are not only alerted instantly as job orders come through, but have full view of quality prospects and all pending activity.  As soon as the job order is live, recruiters are able to send clients real-time alerts on top-notch candidates.

 

Resume parsing is automated and software search capabilities go much deeper and are more flexible than job boards, which broadens candidate pools and allows our recruiters to identify more candidates for each job opening.

Our CRM system gives us the ability to capture the whole business in one place. It records all the history, data, email and conversations. With one click we can verify information without digging through papers or searching email.

The Adaps CRM system is populated by potential applicants who we have identified from various methods of advertising, accessing social media and by networking with our current and past contractors. Adaps is also sought out by applicants due to our presence on Google, our website, our knowledge of our clients and our reputation. But what’s unique, is how we use this valuable information.

4.     Predictive Resourcing™

Candidate information is stored in our database, Bullhorn. This cloud-based application allows our Predictive Resourcing™ team access from unlimited locations 24/7.

The first step in this process is to work with our clients to understand their likely future requirements, typically for the next twelve months. Our Predictive Resourcing™ team then conduct database searches to find potential applicants who meet our clients' forward planning' requirements.

These Candidate are contacted so that we can discuss how our Predictive Resourcing™ model can assist them and to ask if they would like to participate. Once they agree to participate, we track, on a regular basis, their availability, rate or desired salary and other matters important to them such as location, industry, types of applications and/or infrastructure preferences. This market intelligence is subsequently passed on to our clients for the skill sectors they have identified. Predictive Resourcing™ is provided free to both clients and applicants.

5.     Sourcing Strategies

Our sourcing strategies include but are not limited to:

 

    • Advertising online on numerous Job Boards and also on the Adaps’ website
    • Predictive Resourcing™ Model
    • Searching our database of more than 60,000 professionals
    • Referral scheme giving incentives to professionals who give us the details of other skilled candidates
    • Networking through contacts, our own networking events and professional body events
    • Linked In, Seek, Facebook and other online CV search techniques using search strings (e.g. in Google)
    • We also have the accreditation to bring professionals from overseas on 457 visas for skills not readily available within Australia.  This service is available through professional service agreements with Adaps Virtual Bench.

6.     Candidate Evaluation

If you are selected as a potential candidate for a role, you will initially be contacted by one of our experienced Client Managers. They will discuss the suitability of a contract before they agree to send your resume to a client.  Our Client Managers treat all professionals equally and fairly.  A client interview for a job will only be arranged if we're sure your skills and aspirations are matched to the needs of the client. Because of our industry leading client guarantees, we will only place you in suitable roles that you really want.

 

The full evaluation process includes:

    • CV Assessment
    • Phone Screen
    • Face-to-face Structured Interview (Behavioural Event Interview)
    • Job Knowledge Tests to test any specific knowledge requirements for a role
    • Psychometric Tests – cognitive ability tests and personality / motivation questionnaire

7.     Contractor Care

We are cognisant of the different skill-sets needed to manage the various processes of the recruitment life cycle.  As such, we hire individuals with outstanding people skills, customer focus and attention to detail (as assessed by our organisational psychologist) to work in our Contractor Care Team.

Our Contractor Care team look after you from the moment you are sent the letter of offer, onwards and their primary aim is to make your time with us as smooth and pleasant as possible. This team thrives on delivering a high quality service ensuring client compliance and audit requirements are met, all administrative tasks and probity checks are completed, delays are minimised to onboard staff and contractors are given due representation.

8.     Payroll Solutions
